Hi, I have zoe ZE50 2020, during the cold weather I have a range of 161 miles 100% charge, and 141 miles 92% charge. Has anyone had a similar experience.
89% SOH on mine at 3100 miles. As soon as I mentioned it to the dealer their response was “oh that needs the BMS update”. Will get it done when I next visit. Hopefully they’ll get the rest of the seat components in to resolve the creaky driver seat, but the subframe is currently on back order (and has been since December).
Curious to see the energy information screen in the video (the one with the regen bug). My ZE50 (R135 Intens bought in Denmark, Sep. 2020) doesn't have this (energy) info at all. Am I missing something or is this just a weird national difference. Seem to be running the same (recently update) version of the multimedia software.
I have done 6000miles in my ZE50 since October and my journey to work consumption has increased from 15% to 24%. I had put it down to the temperature drop, but perhaps it is this (My SOC and my range give approximately the same values, but I do drive at high speed). I have to say what an amateurish error this is and tallies with previous experiences with Renault, but at least they apparently have a fix. I saw this evening that I had a "multimedia update" notification ready for download. The last one fixed the issues with my phone failing to pair 1 in 20 times, but at the expense of the music player starting at track 01 …
Why cant Renault implement this BMS update over the air? Have they successfully managed to implement any over the air updates to the ZE50 since they have started selling them?
My local dealer had a try at fixing the boot creak in early December it went in for the pre-conditioning update.
They wrapped the fixed part of the latch with what looks like electrical tape. It did stop it creaking, for a few days, but it is as bad as ever now (I thought the boot wasn't shut the other day when I had the parcel shelf out on the way back from taking a load of cardboard to recycle)...

At the risk of sounding daft here......
